When your health always comes last
Most women we meet are holding up a home, a job, or both. Their own body gets whatever time is left over, which is usually none.
The stiffness, the low energy and the short temper at the end of the day are not just age. They are what a body feels like when it never gets its own time.
A little time for yourself makes a big difference, to you and to everyone who depends on you.
Why other attempts did not stick
The gym
Built for speed and machines, not for a body that needs care first.
Videos on the phone
Nobody corrects your posture, and it is easy to skip after day three.
Walking alone
Good for the heart, but it leaves stiffness and stress where they are.
Sri Sri Yoga is guided, gentle and done together, which is why people keep coming back.
What regular practice gives you
Improve flexibility
Move with greater ease. Bend, reach and climb stairs without the strain.
Build strength
Gentle strength in your core, back and legs that supports your joints.
Reduce stress and tension
Postures with breath release what the day has stored in your neck and shoulders.
Boost energy and freshness
Feel renewed instead of running on empty by afternoon.
Better posture and balance
Stand taller, sit better and feel steadier on your feet.
Calm your mind
Every class ends in deep relaxation, so you leave lighter than you came.
What a class looks like
- Begin
Gentle warm-up
Loosen the joints and wake up the body. No jumping, no strain.
- Practice
Postures, step by step
Simple asanas explained slowly, with easier versions for every body and every age.
- Breathe
Breathing practices
Pranayama to clear the mind and lift your energy.
- Rest
Deep relaxation
Guided rest at the end. Most people say this is their favourite part.

What people ask before they come
Do I need to be flexible or fit already?
No. Sri Sri Yoga is designed for beginners. Every posture has an easier version, and you go at your own pace.
Is this only for women?
The batches are planned with women in mind, especially the afternoon batch. Men are welcome too.
I have back or knee pain. Can I join?
Many people start yoga for exactly this reason. Tell the teacher when we call, so postures can be adapted. If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor first.
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothes and a yoga mat if you have one. Come on a light stomach, about two hours after a meal.
What does it cost and how do I pay?
We share the dates and contribution when we call. Registration and payment are done on the official Art of Living website.
Which batch should I choose?
Morning if you like to start the day fresh, afternoon when the house is quiet, evening to unwind after work. You can tell us if you need to change.
Your journey to well-being begins here.
Feel stronger. Feel calmer. Feel more like you. Reserve your spot and we will call you with the start date for your batch.
